This 'referendum to leave Malaysia' thing is not going away.
It is actually getting louder in Sarawak.
This issue will really gain traction when the 'lets leave Malaysia' candidates start winning votes in Sarawak ie when they start to win Parliamentary and State seats.
Actually they only need to win one Parliamentary or just one State seat.
Then everyone else in Sarawak will jump on the bandwagon.
And if Sarawak keeps travelling down this road it is not impossible that Sabah will also follow suit. Sabahans and Sarawakians are the same people.

Religion (and we all know which particular religion is being referred to) is the biggest pain in the butt. If the morons here do not start paying attention to this pain in the butt it is going to burn "your" house down.
Why do I say burn "your" house down?
Because the oil and gas is in Sarawak bodoh. And in Sabah.
Oil - 42% produced in Sabah, 26% Sarawak, Peninsular 32%.
Natural gas - 61% in Sarawak, Peninsular 26%, Sabah 13%
Sarawak produces 61% of our natural gas.
Together Sabah and Sarawak produce 74% of our natural gas.
Together Sabah and Sarawak produce 68% of our crude oil.
Without Sarawak and Sabah kau orang nak mel@nc@p pun tak boleh.
Nak kahwin bini dua? Forget about it.
The cost of the remedy is so cheap, easy and doable.
Just shut down the religious freaks.
Cut off their money supply. Turn off the mike.
Problem solved. Itu pun tak tahu nak buat.
Dr. Mahathir: The Malays will be conquered and vanish in 10 years
Former prime minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad claimed that the Malays are at a risk and is feared to vanish in 10 years time if they are not united from now onwards.
He said the Malays will be conquered and “vanished without a war” following currently nobody cares about the future of the race.
“We know the country had lost a lot, and we cannot say that we did not know about it.
“We have lost four states in the north, Riau Island, Singapore and Penang. If the Malays are aware of this, please take reasonable action.
“We know what can be done, example if a Member of Parliament (MP) does not talk (about the Malays) we want them to talk.
“It looks like we have been conquered by other race without a war. We have to deliver this message,” Dr. Mahathir said at the “Sessi Minda Negarawan Ikhtibar 150 Tahun Perjanjian Pangkor” at Yayasan Kepimpinan Perdana here Saturday as reported by Sinar Harian.
On the other hand, Dr. Mahathir hopes the Malays will strengthen the unity to enable the race to be retained in this country.
Cynically Dr. Mahathir said, “In the general election, I hope they (Malays) come out to vote as only 65 percent of them had voted while the Chinese 98 percent came out to vote and that was a reality.”
The former Langkawi MP cited an example: “If 400 persons attend this programme and everybody meets 10 other persons and tell them about the discussion that the Malays will be vanished then the message will reach the Malays and make them aware of the situation.”
