IMPOSSIBLE TO SAVE THE RINGGIT? - HAS ANWAR REGIME RUN OUT OF IDEAS? - WHY NOT CONSULT THE PUBLIC - WEAKER RINGGIT BENEFITS MAINLY EXPORTERS - BUT THE AVERAGE, ORDINARY MALAYSIAN WILL FEEL THE AGONY! DON'T THEY HAVE A SAY?

KUALA LUMPUR (Politics Now!) - Why Malaysia's ringgit is so weak.

The Ringgit is at RM4.68 today. It is not going to get any better. Not until we change the entire economic policy making of this country.

I found this video.  Other people are noticing Malaysia going down.

Well folks, there is more bad news.  The bad news is the rich people (the very, very rich people) keep taking public funds to enrich themselves out of proportion.

Its ok if a billionaire gets another multi-billion Ringgit project. I am not against it. But they must do a few things:

1. they must win the project through open, competitive bidding

2. the projects must be priced at market prices

3. they must not get anything free especially free taxpayers money (for example they ask the gomen to use taxpayers money to build the connecting road to the nearest highway, to build the bridges, the sewerage and drainage systems and the electric power cables so that their private property development will benefit).

4. They must NOT get yet another gomen licensed monopoly.

Sadly this is still happening. So the billionaires are getting richer by consuming tax payers money quite illicitly. Why illicitly? They are the privileged and the cronies. So they get more than what they contribute.

And they get whatever they get either from taxpayers money or by fleecing the public.

So the public pays more but we get less.

THIS IS ONE OF MAIN REASONS WHY THE RINGGIT IS LOSING ITS VALUE. MALAYSIAN CONSUMERS ARE OVERPAYING FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT WE CONSUME. BECAUSE OF THE MONOPOLY, CRONY AND PRIVILEGES SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT.
